The first step for entering student and cohort information is to create admission cohorts. A student cohort comprises
all students who will graduate within the same academic year, regardless of enrollment date.
•;Navigate to the ‘Students’ tab
•;Click ‘Create a new Cohort’ to begin. A form will open with a number of fields to complete. Please complete “on-
time” graduation for this group as well as the number of applicants and the number of students you accepted
•;You will find you can also start adding students to the cohort(s) you create at the bottom of the form.
•;Click ‘Add Row’ to add a new student. You may also skip to the ‘Student’ tab and add students there once you
have created the cohort. Please use the student’s legal name as listed with the university registrar
•;The system will automatically copy the information saved in the ‘Cohorts’ tab to the ‘Students’ tab, where you will
need to complete the full student profile
•;Once you have completed adding information to the cohort, click ‘Create this Cohort’
Now that we have conducted two Annual Reports through eAccreditation, this is a good opportunity to provide helpful hints to
keep your program’s data up-to-date. Based on feedback and some frequently asked questions regarding the Annual Report,
the CAATE has put together a list of helpful hints and instructions to help Program Directors or their designees with the
